How to receive your professionally written resume:
1. Call or email us; you may also email your current resume for a free critique. We can also email a questionnaire to you to assist you in gathering information needed for your resume.
2. Upon receiving your call or email, we will schedule a telephone appointment with you in order to determine what you specifically need from your resume. This telephone appointment will last from 30 minutes to an hour, so that we can get the correct information to create a resume that's best for YOU.
If you choose the Super Saver option, you will receive a call or email to confirm receipt of your materials in lieu of a formal consultation.
3. Upon email receipt of your invoice, submit your payment online using a credit card or PayPal account. A draft of your resume will be forwarded to you within 48 hours for your review.
4. After reviewing your resume, we will make any necessary changes, and once a final draft is decided on, your resume will be emailed to you in Word and ASCII formats, and laser printed copies on professional resume paper will be mailed to you.
5. If there are any updates, you will receive them FREE for one year. And of course, satisfaction is guaranteed!
